Environmental Fees

ENVIRONMENTAL HANDLING FEE (EHF)

The cost of recycling electronic waste material is funded by an Environmental Handling Fee (EHF) collected on the purchase of new electronic equipment. PI Incentives charges EHFs on items that we sell, ship to and deliver to provinces or territories where we are required to do so and the EHFs amount reflects the applicable rates.

Please refer to the Provincial websites below for the most current Environmental Fee charges. Please note that sales taxes apply for all environmental fees.
