Delivery Standards

  • Estimated lead times for each brand are listed in the Shipping & Warranty Document here: Shipping & Warranty Document
  • For Rush orders, Please contact your PI Sales Representative before submitting your PO.
  • Cancellations of orders can be requested up to 48 business hours after order submission but are not considered cancelled, until confirmed by PI Incentives.
  • All sales are final and non-returnable.
  • If an order is "undeliverable" (i.e. any/all attempts made to deliver the product to the customer are unsuccessful) and has been returned, the purchaser will be responsible for any freight charges incurred, as well as 20% restocking fee.
  • Additional charges may apply for correction of address and/or rerouting.
  • ETA confirmations are provided within 3-5 business days (once the PO has been finalized or has been released from any hold). This will allow our manufacturers sufficient time to process orders and determine availability (some exceptions apply).
  • Substitute product options will be provided for any items backordered for longer than 4 weeks, from PI's order processing date. Please visit PI Connect regularly to review and approve all substitute products.
  • PI Incentives will provide all order status confirmations via PI Connect, our online order status tracking tool. At PI Connect, you can schedule the receipt of a daily order status report (Unfulfilled Order Report) to be delivered to your email, by clicking on "Schedule this Report", on the PI Connect login page.
