About the Brand

Since its inception in 1993, by outdoor gear designer and company founder Dennis Brune, Alps Outdoorz has become an innovation and customer satisfaction leader. Founder Brune enjoyed a successful career beginning in 1979 with the mountaineering manufacturer Kelty. He moved from product development to sales and marketing, then to management. Dennis has always had a love for the outdoors and a passion for designing superior gear. Working with industry icons like Sir Edmund Hillary and many others along the way has helped Dennis push the innovation envelope throughout his career and continue to design feature-rich gear today.
